Municipal Hall of Hinigaran was built on year 1936 during the time of Ricardo C. Lagtapon a last Municipal President on year 1931 t0 1940 and had been renovated with the construction of the 2nd floor in year 1991 during the Mayorship of Hermilo L. Aguilar.
